FINAL INSTRUCTIONS
By (or before) Friday 10/28:
-- Turn in ALL paperwork and $ DUE
-- Send in medications per physician's authorization (original packaging + labeled w/ name)
Over the weekend:
-- Label sweatshirt, jacket, water bottle, flashlight, sleeping bag, suitcase, etc.
-- Pack (see packing list ) one suitcase + sleeping bag + pillow + (optional) school backpack
-- Tie colored yarn (one YELLOW + one BLUE if boy/GREEN if girl) onto suitcase and also onto sleeping bag
Monday 10/31
-- Arrive at school at 8:30 to load luggage (suitcase + sleeping bag)
BOYS place luggage (suitcase + sleeping bag) along wall outside Rm 13; put hand-carried item on your desk
GIRLS take luggage (suitcase + sleeping bag) to volleyball/basket ball court and follow directions for loading
luggage in trailer OR inside Mrs. Stolpestad's SUV OR inside other parent transport vehicle; put hand
carried item on your desk
-- KEEP spending money in your pocket
Friday 11/4
-- Students return to Manchester between 11:45 - 12:45; YES, YOUR CHILD MAY BE PICKED UP EARLY :-)
-- Students still on campus at 12:50 will eat lunch in the cafeteria

-- Campers may receive cards and letters--no care packages--from the folks back home.
-- FYI: Mail delivery is slow (2-3 days) from Fresno to Calvin Crest; students receive mail in the evening,
so plan accordingly for Mon. - Thur. receipt.
